Can anyone tell me the points value of popcorn?
I've got my own kernels and I wanted to make some at home (using frylight of course!) and have it plain. Friday night treat.

is that all?! woo I will be making some on Friday to have whilst watching a dvd! I have one of those popcorn makers, just works ike a big hair dryer to heat them up, so don't even have to use fry light - so will def. be having a few points worth!

i put the kernals in a microwavable bowl cover with a plate and chuck in the microwave on high. no need for fry light then either
