Porridge and Bars?

I started with both porridges and I tried a couple of soups - and I personally couldn't stomach them. Now I have shakes (and mousse) and the occasional tetra. I had bars from week 3 and they are a godsend - I absolutely love them all and I don't think they affected my weight loss. I have one bar a day with a cup of black coffee and I so look forward to it!! Sad i know...

I have the apple & cinnamon porridge on Sat and Sun morning (so it feels like a 'treat') I lost 8lbs the first week I did SS+ but the second week my CDC gave me the bars and I had one a day and only lost 3lbs the second WI so I really do think they had something to do with it (btw, I lurrrrrrve the Cranberry and Choc Orange bar) so I'm not going to have any this week, until I treat myself on Saturday night with sparkling water - in a wine glass and a cranberry choc bar ... mmmmmmm.
