I started with both porridges and I tried a couple of soups - and I personally couldn't stomach them. Now I have shakes (and mousse) and the occasional tetra. I had bars from week 3 and they are a godsend - I absolutely love them all and I don't think they affected my weight loss. I have one bar a day with a cup of black coffee and I so look forward to it!! Sad i know...
