Porridge on EE?

Hello,

For breakfast this morning I made magic porridge but now I can't find porridge oats on my HEB. Do I have to syn it?

I used a sachet of OSS.

No, it's a hexb, but you're supposed to have 1 oat/scan bran also to make it the hex

It's a high fibre crispbread available from class or from Holland and Barrett. Bit of an acquired taste I think!
