Porridge with ryvita??

Hi!!! I have ran out of scan bran!!! Clam I able to have a ryvita with my porridge as a hexb or does it have to be a scan bran??? Can anyone help? I love my porridge!!

Yes you can though what type of porridge is it and what type of rivita you got. As its dependent on a few things.

It's asdas plain porridge oats and ryvita dark rye

Right well in the little book it says the asda only with the scan bran but on the website a lot of the plain ready to do oats say scan bran or a dark rye rivita. Might be an arse pain but check the fiber content in each of the porridges or you could just have. Up to you with that one

I always have porridge with whatever ryvita I have in at that time. I don't have it every day so for me I'm not too bothered.

I just came to ask the same kind of question. I can't buy scan bran here in Spain - is there an alternative like some other kind of bran?
I like to eat porridge every day and don't want to sabotage the diet by eating the wrong breakfast.

Do you have an Aldi nearby as they do Savoury Bakes which are a hexb & could subsitute for ryvita.

We do have Aldi but they sell different things to UK Aldi - don't see many UK brands in there but will have a look - thank you.
We can buy all brands of Ryvita - that is why I asked about it.
