porridge

    can the porridge be eaten from week 1?

    I believe so. I had porridge from Week 1 - and my weight loss has been progressive and good!

    Yes - all the shakes and Tetras can be - it's only the bars and the mix-a-mousse that are only available after week 2

    I think that's right - about the bars etc... I know that the shake info is correct...

    Sounds right to me. Drinks flavourings also become an option from Week 3 onwards...

    At which point porridge flavour number 3 comes into scope - a dash of Summer Berry drink flavouring (into the Porridge Original) makes a raspberry oat so simple!

    As far as I know you can have 3 porridges a day. In my first week I had 2 a day but after a week or so I started going off it as OD'd!!! xx

    Yes, you can have 3 porridges per day !
    They didn't exist when I did CD, but if they had, I think that I'd have had 3 per day, too !!

    I like the porridge too, but if I have it at 8am my tum rumbles about 10am... I thought it would last a bit longer??
