Is it allowed from week 1 on SS? I'm filling in an order from from my CDC, as she is coming 1 week before I want to start. I know bars, water flavourings are allowed.

Yes, you can have porridge from day 1

Yes week 1 is fine for the porridge. No bars or flavourings for 2 weeks though.
