Porridges

Lol is it a lot u can eat or do u have to weigh it all


You get to eat either a piece of white fish, chicken, turkey or some prawns or tuna (also tofu and Quorn) or low fat cottage cheese, then you can add 80g of green veg like asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, leeks, sprouts and even mushrooms! :) You have to weigh the meat too - you can have more fish than chicken. Chicken is 170g, but you get more fish and more cottage cheese.

There's a lot of weighing involved - all I do is weigh stuff at the moment!
 
Got some porridges had the original this morning and it was yummy sweet and filling.
Defiantly going to be sticking with that one. :)
