I know we can eat as much free food as we need to fill us up, but out of interest how much pasta would you cook up for yourself? I'd be interested to know if I'm having enough/too much. I usually cook up about two small handfuls of brown pasta and have it with a chunky sauce made with Quorn pieces etc - I do green days. And then have some super free veg on the side too. But I could easily eat double/triple that if it was on my plate!!
