Hi all.
Just wanted to ask a few questions if you don't mind?
I'm an old hand a slimming world, have done slim fast recently and I'm still nowhere nearer to losing weight. My own fault though
Seen all the publicity surrounding this eating plan and also three of my sisters colleagues are all doing it so thought I would give it a go....
Can I ask what sort of meals you would eat on fast days please? I know it's roughly around 500 cals and Dr Moseley says to stay away from carbs and dairy on fast days so don't know what I would have.
My fast days are most likely to be Mondays and Wednesdays as being at work I find it easy to go without food as I'm so busy anyway.
Any tips or advice would be gratefully received. And, I'm not expecting a massive loss really quickly but then I'm not getting anywhere anyway with all the other "diets" I've been on so nothing ventured nothing gained, right? Lol
