Possible newbie....

Hi all.

Just wanted to ask a few questions if you don't mind?
I'm an old hand a slimming world, have done slim fast recently and I'm still nowhere nearer to losing weight. My own fault though;)
Seen all the publicity surrounding this eating plan and also three of my sisters colleagues are all doing it so thought I would give it a go....

Can I ask what sort of meals you would eat on fast days please? I know it's roughly around 500 cals and Dr Moseley says to stay away from carbs and dairy on fast days so don't know what I would have.
My fast days are most likely to be Mondays and Wednesdays as being at work I find it easy to go without food as I'm so busy anyway.

Any tips or advice would be gratefully received. And, I'm not expecting a massive loss really quickly but then I'm not getting anywhere anyway with all the other "diets" I've been on so nothing ventured nothing gained, right? Lol :) xxx
