Hi everyone,
Today is the day that I re-start doing CD SS again after a holiday and 4 week break!
I had a lovely time and ate what I wanted whilst off plan so was really worried yesterday when I went to get weighted by my CDC.
Both me and my CDC were really pleased that I only gained 3lb!!
So today is the day....I need to find my focus and get back on track!
I'm a bit worried that it is going to be even harder 2nd time around, I'm really not looking forward to the next 5 days as I now know that I am going to be starving and feel like death!!!
