just walked over a mile to the post office carrying a bag of very heavy course work and it was blooming well closed, due to sickness.

Swear words, really strong ones spring to mind immedialtley.

Can you take the positive out of this and think how good it is that you will have had twice the exercise.

Yes the exercise is the best thing about it. The worst thing is that Eastbourne is very hilly and it was uphill all the way back to work !!!
