post work hunger

Hi everyone

On days when I don't go to the gym straight from work, I find myself going home and straight to the cupboards for food because I'm so hungry! I've been taking fruit to work with me to snack on late afternoon but it just seems to make me more hungry.

Does anyone else have the same problem? Advice is needed!

Hi I don't do gym so can't comment on the hunger with that but what I would say is if you have not got a slow cooker invest in one and on the gym days put something in it so you have a nice meal ready for you getting in then you can eat and not worry about raiding the cupboards. Oh and maybe try one of the mugshots as most of them are free, I love the sweet n spicy one and they would keep you going.
Bananas are excellent for raising blood sugar levels and I think if you ate one as soon as you got home you would feel better almost straight away, and not feel hungry for quite a while.... you'd certainly have time and be better equipped to prepare a SW friendly meal afterwards! :)
