Posture!

    Probably common sense really but recently too much gardening made my back ache so sitting at the computer was painful!

    So, i pulled the chair in tight so i sat really upright.

    I then saw quite a noticeable difference in my stomach:D

    Now, when i sit at the computer, i find i sit more upright naturally & almost without thinking about it, same with in the armchair, no more slumping! I'm training those ab muscles!

    I do this at work. I work in an office so I always make sure my posture is good. It makes you feel so much better :)
