pot noodle gti

Hi all

does anyone have any idea how many syns are in the new pot noodle gti had a look on the website but not sure i did it right and dont want to consume too many syns, but i think they would be good when i'm in a hurry as they any take two mins in the micro i bought the bolognese and the sweet and sour ones.

Are they even on the website yet? I must admit I can never find pot noodle who are they made by?

Oops they are made by pot noodle not sure why i couldn't find them yesterday but the GTI ones are not there yet. Some of the sachets are free on green and extra easy the pot noodle in a mug (in fact all but the roast chicken) BUT the regular pot noodles seem to be around 7 or 8 on green and extra easy all would be very high on original so i suspect the gti would be at least 7 or 8 if not more.

Sachets? Would that be the "Wot not in a pot?" ones?
