Potatoes & Mayo

Ladies,

I have been slicing potatoes to about 1/4 inch think, and putting them in a bowl with some mint sauce and mixed herbs and then frying. They are delish!!!! But I am using way too much oil. So I am going to just boil them tonight.

Now as we know butter is a no-no in reality. But what I want to know is mayo. am I right in thinking 1 tablespoon of light mayo is 2 syns? because I reckon a tablespoonful of mayo with some potatoes as a side to my meal will be delish but also not too bad on the syns.

1 tbsp on extra light helmans mayo is only 0.5 syns hun, so you can have twice the amount of normal mayo.
