Potatoes on an original day???

Hi folks,
Any ideas how many syns 3 tablespoons of mashed potato would be on an original day?? lost my syn book!

Mashed potatoes with milk n butter homemade is 5 syns per 100g, or 4 syns without milk n butter. HTH.
