Have just made 36 little orange flavor couscous cakes, but am not sure on how to point each cake :sigh:

Ingredients ...
6oz couscous ... 7 pp (i think)
1 orange mullerlight ... 2 pp
3 eggs (i used large) ... 9 pp
2 cups of sweetner (not sure how many pp for this)
1 tbsp baking powder ... 0 pp
2 capfulls vanilla essence ... 1 pp ?

This makes enough mix for 36 cakes, with 2 dessert spoons in each cake case.
Any help with this wold be great :D

Hi.I'm in Canada, but the program is the same worldwide, so the math is the same. I used my Recipe Builder on eTools. A few notes: Is the couscous 6 oz. dry weight? If so, it's 16 PPs. If it's cooked courcous, it drops to 5 PPs. Eggs are 2 PPs apiece, Splenda came out to 4 PPs for 2 c., and since I don't have the count for the yogurt you used, I took the 2 PPs count at face value.

Drumroll please: With cooked couscous, it's 0 PPs, and with dry couscous, it's 1 PP per cupcake. I'd count 1 PP per 2 cupcakes if you used cooked couscous.

Now, where's the recipe? Inquiring minds wanna know!!!
