Am looking for a recipe for tonight. I have some stir fry veg, prawns and rice. Was just going to stir in cooked rice like a fried rice sort of thing with the veg, then add some sweet and sour and prawne. But sounds a bit dull and fancy something a bit more tastey. Any ideas?

Thanks so much x
