anybody any idea of anythin i cud do with prawns?have some in the freezer & not to sure wat to do with themxx

or you could defrost them (presuming they are fully cooked), mix with some extra light mayo, bit of ketchup and juice of a lemon and serve with a jacket potato and salad.

Fresh if you have them. I find dried chilli flakes work well too. Never tried it with normal chilli powder but I'm sure it'll be the same! xx

Kedgeree, garlic prawns, prawn & salmon mousse/pate, chinese prawn toasts, in a sw friendly creamy sauce to top another piece of fish (salmon/cod etc), fishcakes, open prawn sandwich, mix lemon zest, pepper & HEB breadcrumbs sprayed with frylight & cooked in oven or just yummy with lemon, vinegar and black pepper.
