Are we allowed to use prawns/king prawns as our protein/meat allowance from day 1 of re-feed? Been craving a king prawn salad with balsamic vinegar .

omg I can't believe we can have not only prawns on reefed....... but KING PRAWNS I am so excited really, you don't know how happy this has made me (sad eh) but I don't care. I have 9lbs yet to lose so saying about 3 weeks from refeed. I will dream of prawns tonight.Claire thank you so much. I think I love you
