Pregnancy - trying not to gain anymore!

Had a lovely afternoon visiting my nan today. Food not been perfect but could have been a lot worse. Also done 3 hours ironing ton, always let the frigging basket get over loaded! Think that will have to change once baby is here xx

Weetabix for breakie

No lunch as I got up quite late

Dinner was hunters chicken mini garlic jackets n corn on the cob

fruit
Flump
Half cheese sandwich xx
 
Today had been better, a few snacks but nothing drastic

Breakfast - cornflakes and semi skimmed milk
Strawberries

Lunch - scrambled egg on toast
Muller light yoghurt

Dinner - chicken breast, peppercorn sauce, green beans and carrots

Apple
Orange
Wotsits
Mini flump
Will prob have a cereal bar later ton with a cuppa
Around 1600 cals which is what I'm aiming for

Oh n 45 min dog walk.
 
Day 1 healthy plan went as planned. Really wanted some toast late last night but I took myself off to bed instead! Sweet wise I only had a coconut alpen bar and a flump :) compared to the copious amounts of biscuits I have been eating :) xx
 
Been out spending again for the little princess with mum n my sister, I think she is going to be spoilt lol! had dinner out but chose quite healthy, jacket potatoe tuna mayo( obv full fat mayo no doubt) with salad. Had weetabix for breakie. Having chicken salad with new potatoes for my t at mums xx
 
Day 3 on plan n feeling better for it! :) I am defo going to minimise the gain from now on.

Today's plan

Breakfast - Special K choc n strawberry with milk
Strawberries

Dinner - boiled egg on brown wholemeal toast
Light yog

Tea- asda Yorkshire pud filled with chicken, pot stuffing ( pre packed) having with green beans

Fruit
Alpen coconut bar
 
Plus 50 min dog walk :-D x
 
Feeling really achy ton, felt like it last night too. Couldn't for the life of me get comfy! Thought this would happen a bit later on not nearly 23 wk :-( x

Snap. I've seem to be like it on and off since about 21weeks. Achy restless legs, achy stomach and back! :(

Oh it's shocking isn't it! We have loads of sleepless nights to go too :-(. I have a pregnancy pillow that's shaped like a letter s. Helps a bit bit last night just felt so off xx
 
J need to invest in one of them! Ive just got extra pillows atm.

Yeah waking for toilet is a pain as I can't get to sleep for ages! :( x

My boyfriend hates the pillow, he says it takes up too much of the bed. Haha I said well want to swap n u carry the baby! x
 
Wasn't great yesterday! Ended up having a sandwich n angel slice on top of what I had yesterday! :-( so hard on nights at work. Today will be better.
Breakfast - weetabix n milk

Lunch - banana sandwich on small whole meal

Dinner - tuna jacket pot salad

Fruit snacks, yog n couple cereal bars x

Also needed to use up some baby tomatoes so halved them topped with light baby bell n grilled! Low cal snack :)

Night time is such a nightmare for me! Just feel so hungry at night. Anyway I suppose I'm being a lot better than I have been. I'm not gorging on chocolate biscuit bars . I think cos I'm logging my cals it makes me more aware of what I'm eating.

Today's food

Breakfast - Belvita biscuits

Lunch - boiled eggs on small wholemeal toast

Dinner - jacket pot, light baby bell and beans ( at work)

Snacks fruit yog, cereal bar
 
Today has been very naughty! If I'm good through the wk I don't mind so much at wk end. Bacon sandwich for breakfast

Big Yorkshire pud filled with chicken stew - plenty veg

Home made cornflake tart n custard!
1 choc digestive
