Prepare soup in blender, then heat on microwave.

Hello!

I have a question which is bugging me a bit.

Would it be bad in terms of nutrients and proteins spoiling if I were to prepare the soup with room-temperature mineral water in my smoothy blender and then microwave it to be hot?

As we all know, we can't blend hot liquids in a closed blender so hence my question.

I will try to get one of those open cap blenders though.

Thanks for the replies!

I think microwaving one pack a day is ok as some people make the shmuffin.

I used to have the soups and found the best way to mix them was to just use a mixing jug and a large balloon whisk. They were always nice and smooth with no lumps at all.

I actually do add boiled water and powder in the blender and I haven't had an explosion yet! I also do what you mentioned and heat it in the microwave for 30 secs. Should be fine :) x

But is your blender closed cap, then ones that seal or the ones that allow a bit of air to go through ?

Mine is sealed shut and when I tried (even knowing it would be a mess) it created a lot of pressure and almost exploded lol
