prevent access skin

hi guys
have been trying to find out how excactly to prevent access skin when i loose all my weight(thanks tracey for getting back to me)so i checked out a few sites and they came back with,fat burning aerobics,pilates,swimming and tonning.aslo there is an oil that helps deminsh stretch marks or scars,you can get it in most pharmacies,its called bio oil.hope iv helped

EXCESS skin cannot be altered by bio oil. Once elasticity is gone, it has gone. Bio oil is great for scars though.
