Prezzo?? HELP!!

It's my Birthday tomorrow, and my husbands taking me to my favourite restaurant "Prezzo" tonight.
I was just wandering if anyone knew of what the best dishes are and how many syns in each... or if you know where I could find out... I really don't want to overdo it tonight as i've only just started doing SW and have had good weight loss so far in the last 2 weeks

I dont know how many syns it is. But they do a spaghetti with prawns in tomato sauce. I read on here once they boil their pasta (instead of using oily fresh pasta), so that should be low syn. Best thing you can do is stick to pastas with tomato based sauces or salads and avoid creamy sauces and batter . I normally over estimate 30 syns but then I tend to eat what I want. So maybe if your going to be good you could over estimate 15-20 syns? xxx
