I am going to Prezzo tonight and want to have the best option. The only thing I don't want is pasta as I am having for lunch!
I have found that the Chicken Bacon and avavado salad seems quite a good option as found these details : Serving Size: 1 order, Calories: 377, Fat: 20.7g, Carbs: 6.7g, Protein: 31.6g
My only problem is I can't use the syn calculator as no idea on portion size? Anyone know how many grams this would be?
