Hi there, I am on the extra easy plan, can anyone please tell me if this tube of light cheese is syned? Thanks x

75g is a HExA serving now, which is approx half a tube, so I would imagine the same amount would be around the 6 syn mark...but don't quote me.

i had some on my pasta tonight but i never weighed it out! I have had 2x mini babybels as my hexa choice !! Any idea on syns??

I checked and half a tube is 6 syns...as you never weighed it, hard to say. Just guestimate this time by the amount left in the tube and try weighing next time.
