Primula light??

I've bought some today as you get loads in an Healthy extra but now not to sure what to with it :confused:
Does anyone use it & if so do you cook with it or just eat it on it's own?

I love it on crackerbreads, pogen rolls, ryvita. It is also nice on a baked potato. You can also cook pasta and put it in when you drained the pasta, it goes all runny and coats the pasta. Its yummy.
