I so sad :tear_drop: I tried the porridge two weeks ago and loved it - had it every day for breakfast - yum! It was so lovely that I had it for breakfast and evening meal - with a soup for lunch - all last week. Just got weighed in today and I've only lost 1lb - same last week too So now my CDC has said that the porridge must not suit me and taken me off it...... I'm so sad - I loved my porridge. Has anyone else had problems with porridge slowing their weight loss down?
