Morning everyone!

Day 6 and i've woke up feeling good today... only to realise when I was on the train to work that I had forgot my shakes and shaker :sigh: I do have one shake in my draw at work though, does anyone have any advice on what to do?! Because I really don't want to eat!

Hi Clare,

You can split your pack in two and that will give you two mini meals, make each half up fresh and make sure to still drink your usually amount of water as normal, as water is key to staying hydrated and keeping hunger at bay along with your energy levels.

There are roughly about 8 good heaped teaspoonfuls in a pack.

When you get home have your two packs.

Water is key...Icemoose when he was dieting just drank water during the day and saved all his packs for the evening after work.

Hang in there you are doing great!

Hey hun,
I did this once so know how annoying it is! Is there a pharmacy or health food shop nearby that you can pop out and buy a shaker?
Also mini's advice about splitting the pack is great!
