Profile question

How do I get my photo to come up when I post. Ive noticed that people have pictures come up under their screen names, and where it says how many post they've made, etc. I downloaded a profile pix but it doesn't seem to be appearing. HELP, what am I doing wrong??

You have to have done at least 50 posts to have access to this. Get posting!!!
