Hiya, been up staying with relatives and I was able to cling onto the majority of my SW rules whilst there. But one night I had profiteroles. 6 of them with a teeny bit of chocolate sauce. I couldn't measure them or anything but they were your average size. It was in a restaurant too so no packet. Didn't have any other syns that day. Anybody know the syns?
