Progress report

I haven't been here for a while. According to the log in info I haven't logged on for two weeks. I thought it was three weeks but there you go.:):)

Since the last time I was here I have lost 14lbs. Wey hey!!!:D:D:D

The diet continues. I have moments when I feel fed up but overall it is good.

Two weeks to go before AAMW. I'm not as terrified of it as I used to be and I even find myself looking forward to it.

I've chosen my grub: chicken, tuna, cottage cheese and asparagus. I'm thinking that perhaps I need one or two more veggies for variety. I'll think about that over the next few days.

I am optimistic that in this week of higher calories I won't turn into a ravenous monster. ;):D:D:D;)
