only lost a couple pounds this week, really slowed off. but on another note, noticing muscle growth too so could be counter balanced by that :S

gained a pound :-S have one meal out and i swear it ruins you! lol oh well just another pound to look forward to losing!

did a sneaky weigh in today even though i only started on monday. i have to admit to being a bit hit and miss sometimes (snacks not always been under 100cals :S ) will weigh in properly on monday.

another 4lb lost, and coming off nicely again.

Best night ever last night, 1084 cals burned in 1 hr, 3 miles treadmill, 1.5 miles out with dog, then weights when got back and 40 sit-ups.

bring it on !!!!! :):) never felt as good

Yea I think it's all water weight!!! The trials of being away on holiday!! Well done everyone!!!! All doing amazingly!! I'm back at uni so no scales now :( Might pop into boots and hop on theirs!! Think i'm going to only try and weigh every couple of weeks now, I want to start looking at my weigh loss as an overall rather than panic over every pound, e.g. knowing i've lost 6lb in a month rather than lose 3 one week, put on 1 the next etc...

Of course i did! I weigh myself at home every morning and then "hopefully" Work out "play" every night..haha But poo it wont work. Thankfully we are on the bottom floor but i never really thought about that lol Oh well they would just have to hear my thumping lol I miss it :-S But i want to spend time with hubby more! But still in the back of my mind is...am i losing or gaining haha
