I was wondering if there was a way to work out the propoints value of something if you don't follow the instructions on how to cook it? I did a pasta and sauce thing earlier that had instructions to use semi skimmed milk, water and butter to cook it. I didn't want to use the full fat milk so I just used water and increased the amount so that it was the same as using milk and water. The nutritional information is based on using milk and butter so I am a bit confused. Should I just go with what that calculates as?
