    So I've been doing Weight Watchers on and off for years and am completely confident with the points system but I've been having a look on here as I try it yet again and I can see everyone talking about ProPoints - what is this?? Can someone please explain to me how it works? Going to meetings isn't an option for me at the moment so if someone could explain to me what this is and how to do it I would be very grateful! Does the normal points diet not exist anymore or is ProPoints just an extra plan like the Discover one?

    hi, if you look at the general section of this ww forum, among the sticky threads there is one with an introduction to propoints, which can give you an idea. If you can't go to meetings I would recommend signing up to the website for a month or two because it's all different now!
