Hiya! All going well so far! Proud of myself for sticking with it!

I have a question! I have been exercising each day, for about 1 hour! Usually a 20 min run, 15 mins stationary bike and 15 mins cross trainer.

So I have activity points as well as the 49 extra allowance!

I have been eating the 49 allowance and not eating the activity points!

Is that okay?

I really don't want to gain weight! It feels like I am eating more than usual!

Once you are not going hungry it sounds fine :)

Activity points don't have to be eaten unless you want to. Some people save them for a treat during the week but if you want to just let them go that's okay too. Just remember you can't carry them over to the next week so what you don't use is gone forever.
