Propoints help

Hi can someone tell me how many propoints i should be on please i am 5 ft1 and 9st 12. i would go to class but i got paid off 2 weeks ago and really struggling. Can you also explain the plan to me or if anyone email me it, it would be much appreciated.

Hi, I would imagine you would be on the lowest of 26 I'm on 27 and am slightly taller and a lot heavier.
