Hi I'm struggling to find out how many pro points is in pasta and for how many grams and also in Special K for I think if I remember from previously doing it was 28g.
I've got the apps but its not giving me exact details.
It's my first week back at weightwatchers since 2007 and all the points system changed!
Pasta is the main thing as I can add ingredients and point them - can anyone help?
