Can any one work these out for me please!

calories - 95kcal
protein - 19.5g
carbs - 2g
fat - 1.5
sat fat - 0.12g
fibre - 0.75

i assume there'd be no free food in them? if thats the case then it would be 1syn per 20calories so 5syns in total. x

Protein shakes are usually high in syns so remember that will be for however much the nutritional information is for rather than the whole shake.

Thanks, thought it would be about 5 syns, N this info was for one shake so thats ok, i just use them after gym to help muscle repair and stop the aching!
