hi, sorry me again, really need to know the synage of prunes, or ifthey re healthy exra?? thanx

142g prunes - canned in juice (weight inc juice), or
85g semi dry ready to eat, or
142g stewed

ok.. prunes semi dried without stones - each 0.5 syn, 28g - 2.0 syns (on all plans)
