Psyllium husk's anyone?

Hi, i have 200g (minus a couple of tbs) of psyllium husk going "free" to a good home!! Does anyone want it cause i've just got the capsules (never got on with the powder). i found them easy enough in Sainsbury's but when I went to Tesco I couldn't find them for love nor money...so back to Sainsbury's tomorrow as I really fancy some Toffee & Walnut Porridge!!
