What is the LL consensus on these? Have tried making the porridge, which was, well, unusual, but don't want to eat them if they'll cock up my losses

My LLC isn't keen, but I've been taking a tsp two or three times a day with my drinks and I don't think it's hindered my loss so far (only three weeks in).
I find the benefits of taking them far outweighs any slowing of weightloss.
I think LL say "NO"!!! But as far as I'm aware they pass through you without being absorbed - so don't see why they should adversely effect your weight loss.
Hopefully Russiandoll will read this - as she knows all there is to know about PH!!!
