Even now I am looking at pictures and truly beginning to accept the difference in my from that and a couple of years ago.

Many people can give comments, but I guess it is only when you see it yourself it all becomes worth it.

I have no idea to be honest. If anything it just helps me keep track and keep myself right. I also keep a note of it all in my phone.

Just a habbit I guess.

WI day upon us again.

I dunno what to expect tonight seeing as I only had my last one on Saturday morning. Plus that also means I had had a full nights sleep before going rather than eating during the way.

I'll be delighted to STS but wont be gutted with a small gain. Next week will readdress anythig.


Today

Porridge (big bowl) - 5
Toast - 1
 
A half on. Which I am totally fine with as it means over the last 2 weeks (from Wed WI 2 weeks ago to tonight) I'm down 2. That is fine. I expected my loss on Saturday to be bigger than usual as I went 16 hours without eating (due to sleep etc) before it.

Want a really good week next week. If I lose 2 I get another silver 7!
 
Oh and my tea is going to be;

TLC Chips - 7.5
2 eggs - 3
Bread - 1
Tomatos - 0
Pickles - 0
Jelly - 0
