Carrot and lentil soup and a ryvita
Banana

Then...
Whole garlic baguette
Goodfellas pizza pepperoni
Goodfellas margareta

Arrgghhh but yummy. I am overtired and i had a weird moment earlier and had a panic attack. Lidl was near and I find shopping for food soothing. I originally bought chicken to free binge but ended up with pizza.

It's ok. I am full and calm. Carb brain is a sleepy brain.

I'm watching 'big women big love' on the laptop and I honestly don't know if it's making me feel better or worse...

Not writing down today's...

Oh ok.

Porridge and bluberries
Small chips from chip shop
Hot chocolate from costa no cream
Thorntons Viennese truffle bar
Whole Packet luxury fingers (ate in the car as I was driving home from Asda!)
Oranges
Pasta, spag Bol, Parmesan
Whole garlic baguette

WI is Monday so have all of the weekend to get this back under control.

I am going to eat like a king tomorrow on free food and will take pics.

Saturday 14th February

B- porridge, blueberries, blackberries
L- sweet potato with mackerel and salad
Mayo (1) cheese (3)
D- chicken legs

Orange, persimmon, muller lights, banana

All my food was nice but I are too much chicken... And I want to make some shortbread. Hmmm.

I made some little flapjacks with banana, sweetner, oats and a tsp of butter. I'm making them the rest of today's syns-- and much better than shortbread in terms of fat and flour. :)

At least you're getting back on track again :)

I made some little flapjacks with banana, sweetner, oats and a tsp of butter. I'm making them the rest of today's syns-- and much better than shortbread in terms of fat and flour. :)

Sunday are notorious for me but today has been great!

B- persimmon
L- chicken leg
D- tofu stir fry with egg, noodles, orange
Hot choc (2)

Although the day isn't over yet hahah.

I made butternut squash soup for work. I ate a massive plate of stir fry. It was yummy and I free since the new books make oyster sauce a kitchen staple :)

Had another hot chocolate (2) so 4 syns total for the day. I have a big box of stirfry for lunch as I am out all day until WI. I think I've gained but hoping it won't be too bad. Stupid panic attack pizza and other various things that fell in my mouth!

I love Monday resets though :)
