I have decided to make a diary on here to help me keep motivated and track everything I eat.
Any suggestions or advice are always welcome.
Breakfast
2 egg omelette with 50g ff cottage cheese 4pp
Coffee with as milk 1pp
Lunch
Wafer thin ham 1pp
Heinz salad cream light 2pp
Lettuce,tomato,cucumber,radish,spring onion 0pp
1 egg 2pp
100g new potatoes boiled 2pp
100g beeker berries strawberries 0pp
Snacks
125g cherries mixed with ww vanilla yogurt 1pp
Salat and vinegar snack a jacks 2pp
Tea
Chicken breast 4pp
Cauliflower 0pp
