I have decided to make a diary on here to help me keep motivated and track everything I eat.
Any suggestions or advice are always welcome.


Breakfast
2 egg omelette with 50g ff cottage cheese 4pp

it was so nice I had it yesterday as well. :)
I'm starting to fill my plate With salad, Because I've been having bad skin lately which is normally caused by me not eating properly.
 
I have same lunch etc a lot but vary it sometime so I don't get bored of it.I find eating healthier helps my nails so I understand what you mean about your skin.
 
Ive had 28pp today and I feel really full and satisfied so I think I will use my weeklies daily if I want them.:)
When I first started I used to have all my weeklies and still managed to lose 3lbs a week most weeks, so I'm hoping for a good loss on thursday.

I couldn't resist the scales this morning and it says I've lost 7 1/2 lbs, my official weigh day is tomorrow. I am over the moon because I've never lost this much in a wk. I know that it will be a one off but it's give me a much needed boost to carry on. Fingers crossed I dont put on today is this possible?
 
Wow what a brilliant loss :0) well different scales can say different weight and our body weight can go up and down during the week but I'm sure you will be fine :0)

I'm doing it at home so I'll be just using my own ww scales, tbh I'd be happy with a 1-2lb loss because I'm not going to stress over a goal date just happy to plod along. But I will be mega happy tomorrow if they say the same as today :)
