I thought I would set up a food diary in preparation for my forthcoming SW adventure! I am going to be going to meeting tonight and this will act as a way to a) keep track and b) check I am doing things the right way lol!

Hi!

I did exactly the same thing yesterday, i don't really care if anyone else reads, i find it beneficial to have it there so i can see in black and white what i've been doing.
