Put it all on again!

:cry:I was doing really well on R C - lost 7lbs in week one and was so happy. Then I was ill , couldn't make class... and you can probably guess what happened... yes... I went off the diet and have piled it all back on (probably more, but I am too scared to weigh myself).

I so want to be slim!

I cannot go to class all the time - could I do it at home?

I'm starting it at home today, using this forum as support. I've got the book, portion pots & magic measure, using the food diary on here and will post my weight each week. I'm around most days as i'm a SAHM so will be here if you want a diet buddy :)
