Put on weight :(

Hey guys!

2 weeks ago I bought 2 weeks supply from my CDC, as I was going away. Basically this last few days I've been crap and come off it and I've put on 2 and a half pounds :( I know it doesn't seem much but considering Im spending so much on this diet I really need to start doing it 100%! Im just being an idiot at the moment, and doing it the days I want too and messing around on other days! I really need to buckle up my ideas and just do it once and for all! I feel awful I just want to cry :( When I saw my sheet at her house I've been on this for like 15 weeks now, If I'd just stuck to it I'd of got rid of the weight in half the time!

AHHHH! So today's been a good day I've had 3 shakes and thats it --- I'm not cheating at all now!

That's what I've been doing for ages. Using CD stuff during day then pigging out at night, totally wasting my money and not losing weight. Been 100% for 5 days now but hard. You've not much to go though so good luck!

You have done really well to only put on a couple of pounds while on holiday and it will come off really quickly. However with your BMI you shouldn't be doing a plan less than 810, as you will start to lose muscle rather than fat. You need to speak to your CDC about working up the steps
